Defectiveness and order error purchased online
The items displayed on Boutique M Coiffure are new and guaranteed to be free from defects. If it happens that an item is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered, Boutique M Coiffure undertakes to exchange it or refund it, including postage, within 10 days of the delivery date. Photo proof may be requested to satisfy manufacturer or distributor requests.
Delivery costs cover preparation and packaging costs, plus postage. Delivery charges are fixed unless otherwise specified or during a temporary promotion. We currently ship anywhere in Canada.
Salon pickup is available at no charge. Please wait to receive communication that your order is ready for pickup.
Orders placed on the Boutique M Coiffure website must be paid for by credit card, Paypal or using the interest-free financing Sezzle. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Some combined debit/credit cards do not work.
All prices displayed on the Boutique M Coiffure website are in Canadian dollars, before taxes and delivery charges. Taxes and delivery costs are indicated in the basket during checkout. The purchase amount is payable in full at the time of the order (unless paid with Sezzle's interest-free financing service).
All online orders are prepared from our living room in Montreal. Products that we have in stock normally ship within 2-3 days. However, Boutique M Coiffure cannot guarantee the day of delivery of the items.
