Refund Policy

Are you changing your mind? Returning merchandise is easy.

Returns are free in store. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your unopened, unused items. To return an item by mail, please put it back in the original packaging and contact us to obtain a return label. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary by region.

All clearance, seasonal, travel size, discontinued line items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Holiday Season
All merchandise purchased between November 1 and December 31 may be returned until January 15 inclusive.
Purchases made on December 26th and "Black Friday" days are final sales and cannot be returned.
